Where is it used?
The Agave Inulin EDULAG is ideal as an ingredient in food products enriched with fiber. Thanks to the fact that the inulin is not digestible, supplies roughly 1 to 2 Kcal/g. For this reason it is utilized in the formulation of low calories food and food supplements.
